What does a house cleaning from Ecoshine PRO include?

A deep clean covers the kitchen (counters, sink, stovetop and appliances), the bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, sinks and mirrors), dusting and polishing of every surface and fixture, floors vacuumed and mopped in every room, and the details most people skip: baseboards, window sills and door frames. A regular maintenance visit keeps that standard up on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule with a checklist tailored to your home. A move-out clean adds the inside of cabinets, drawers and closets, the oven, fridge and dishwasher, windows and blinds, light fixtures and ceiling fans. Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use eco friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable products in every home, with no harsh chemicals. Families with young children, people with allergies and pet owners choose us for exactly this reason. If someone in your home has a specific sensitivity, add it to the special instructions when you book and the team will work around it.

How much does house cleaning cost in Beverly Hills?

Our rate is $60 per hour per cleaner, with a two-hour minimum per booking. The estimate depends on the size of your home (bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage), its condition, whether it is a first visit or a recurring one, and any specialty add-ons you choose. When you book online you set the number of cleaners and hours, the total updates on the screen, and you see it before you pick a date. Recurring clients get priority scheduling.

What should I have ready before the cleaners arrive?

Clear the counters and floors of anything you would rather we did not move, put valuables away, and tell us about pets, parking and access codes in the special instructions when you book. Our cleaners bring all the cleaning supplies. Equipment such as a vacuum or a steamer is available on request, so mention it when you book. You do not need to be home; if you will be out, add the access details to your booking.

How do booking and cancellation work?

Book online in about a minute: tell us what you need, answer a few questions about your space, set the cleaners and hours, then choose your date and time. We confirm the appointment by email and text message. If your plans change, reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment.
